Terms and Conditions
1. No dead buyers.
2. All items sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
3. Allow 24 hours for us to respond to your email.
4. Strictly no meet-ups.
5. Any damages incurred during the mailing process will not be beared by us.
6. The delivery cost will be calculated and displayed in the confirmation email.
7. Any special requirements for postage and subsequent additional costs for postage will be borned fully by the customers.
8. Cancellation of orders can only be made if you haven’t paid for it; if you’ve paid, We would not cancel your order.
9. Wholesalers are also welcome. Min. order 5 pieces. If you are interested in any products, please email to us and we will send you the quote.
For Pre-order items
1. Please note that all products for pre-order items: You will receive your orders in 1-2 weeks’ time from the closing date. We will try our best to send the products ASAP.
2. Refunds will be made to buyer if MOQ is not met or item is out of stock.
3. Orders to our supplier will be placed only when MOQ is met.
4. A confirmation email will be sent out to the customer. Payment is to be made within 3 days upon confirmation of the order. If no payment is received within 3 days, the order will be cancelled.
5. Please order only if you can accept the above terms.
